You can play this game as a single player or as doubles, mixed or otherwise. It is generally an easy game to learn and you can pick up the rules quite quickly. It does involve a certain movement around the court but again, you are generally in a group playing with people having a similar level of skill.

It can't be bad having to move around and stretch now and again, keeping your fitness levels up without breaking too much of a sweat.
