This is a very popular group , currently with about 35-45 regular members attending each session. There is a varied range of speakers with a wide knowledge of Lancashire History. Occasionally trips are arranged to different venues to explore historic buildings and places , giving the opportunity to widen our horizons within our beautiful Lancashire area.

liverpool Central Library - One of our more recent visits undertaken with two groups because of its popularity. The visit to the library was part of a guided trip to explore the historic financial area of Dale Street, with our guide being our very own Chairman, Peter Ralphs, a native of Liverpool.
