
We have walks in local areas and up to one hour's drive, sharing lifts. The walks are usually about three to five miles but some longer, especially if we have travelled further. We try to tailor walks to the weather, conditions and the fitness levels of the group. We alternate Monday and Wednesday every other week.
An assessment is undertaken prior to the event and will be issued to the group via email.
